I'd like to add I see chisora being hit ALOT in this fight but I see him keep coming...del boy isn't the most elusive fighter by any stretch.

That's a bit harsh calling Sam English level, he's a better fighter than that.

He has fallen behind a bit, he needs a good performance against Price on Saturday to keep relevant, he will still be there or there about's at British when Price, Fury etc move up the levels imo.

Real objective fans would never post such a lazy analysis - Chisora got shown up by TYSON FURY! He lost comprehensively to Vitali. It wasn't even competitive, despite what idiots on here seem to think.

I agree with the bolded 100%. All he did was make Vitali have to fight at a faster pace than he was comfortable with. However he had little success winning rounds. If Vitali was a little younger and could sustain his workrate he most probably wouldn't even of won those rounds. He won like 3 rounds on my card, 4 at the most!

I thought Chisora did much better than many expected against Klitschko, I agree that the fight wasn't close on the cards, but he made it far more competitive than expected.

The question for me though, is this because Chisora is better than many think, did Klitschko have an off-night, or (as I suspect) is Klitschko simply a faded force now?

The Haye fight should answer some of these questions for us.

OK, and When's the last time someone won 4 rounds against vitali???

Chisora deserves respect for the way he fought that night.

when i watched it 1st time,i thought chis did tremendous, the 2nd time i watched it,he got a couple in but got hit with 30 times as many,in other words got a right twating.
haye wanted to try and outbox him,he didnt succeed, but didnt get a twating, chis tried to brawl him and didnt succeed and got a bit of a twatting in the process, good job he has a solid chin:deal

He couldve went into his shell like EVERY other Klitschko opponent but he kept fighting showing ridiculous heart in the process.

    He deserves respect.

The criticism of Thompson is scandalous, he was a better fighter than Chisora.

Most people seem to be taking strong sides one way or the other.

I personally think Chisora will walk him down and cause him issues late assuming he survives the first few rounds and he comes in shape.

Haye to my eyes only really has the overhand right over the jab to open people up with. Chisora need to come in low or he needs to jab and slip to the right straight away to neutralise the right which will be coming his way frequently. He then needs to jump on haye, push him back, lean on him rough him up inside. Haye wont like this and it will stretch his gas tank.

Haye will also frequently use a mayweather style philly shell in close. right arm blocking the left hook but he will be open to sweeping and overhand rights in close which could cause him issues ala mock, mormeck etc.

If chisora can get inside and get the fight being fought at a decent pace then haye will start to gas and his defence, reflexes and power deteoriates before he is stopped late.

i dont see haye as elusive as others on here do. ruiz he got hit a lot. I know he hadnt sparred for 6 weeks but he was eating jabs from 2nd round onwards. he was elusive against wlad as he was fighting someone who was throwing a max of 2 punches at a time and he was constantly staying out of range. whioch nullified wlad but also meant haye had no chance of landing anything substantial.

chisora will get in close and throw 3,4 and 5 punches at a time and some of them will land and haye will lose rounds just on workrate.

haye is obviously faster, a better boxer and hits harder, more elusive etc. but i think this fight will be a lot more about the intangibles and I cant get away from his terrible stamina which if chis brings his a game will be exploited.

haye wont get away with posing and throwing 1 shot every 10 seconds. to win he has to jab more, feint and set chis up for the right hand after. I'm not sure he is capable of that anymore and I havent seen hiom throw combos for a long time. only pot shots or throws everything including the kitchen sink in a very wild fashion if he has them hurt.

so david by ko early, if not then he is in for a long night.

so this fight could go either way, but I favour Chisora to win the day. wobbled and hurt but he will suck it up to battering haye come round 10 or so and booth will throw in towel or ref stops it.......

thhis is part of the reason everyone is so hyped. i genuinely believe it is close to a 50 / 50.

if haye had stamina and could trhow 40 /50 punches a round he wins easy. but he doesnt so he is vulnerable.

    bring it on!!!

Chisora won't win. all the analysis supporting him is wish fulfilment.

Chisora is massively overarted on this site!! massively

He is durable and appears to have heart and some skills but he simply doesnt have power and is sluggish

He obviously beat helenius. But he lost to Fury, the fact that he was out of shape says more about him as a fighter than people let on and lost to vitali. Showed heart in doing so but only took a couple of rds in doing so
