He couldn't be champion in the weakest era of HW boxing, where portions of the championship is GIVEN OUT every quarter , why would he be in any other era?

Just imagine what linear champions like Lewis/Tyson/Holmes/Ali/Frazier/Foreman/Liston/Patterson/Johansson/Marciano would do to him?

He'd be knocked flat out, mate.

yes 41 year old Vitali couldn't stop him ,but he still won wide UD. I don't think that matters ,but according to Vitali he also hurt his arm in that fight. 31 -35 year old Vitali would stop chisora within 10 rounds in brutal fashion.

Look at Foreman's ability at the time he won the title. Morrison, Stewart, and Schultz were hardly multidimensional masters and they gave old George all he could handle. These were guys brought in for George to knock out, and not only couldn't he do it, he got outboxed by them.

That's not a knock on George because the guy was ancient, but that doesn't mean we should overrate what it'd take to beat that version of him. He caught lightning in a bottle in a fight he was getting shut out in against Moorer and he deserves all due credit for it. Outside of that round, he showed the level he was at in all the fights surrounding it. It didn't take master boxers at that point to last the distance and outbox him.

The one who fought Patterson the first time would've laid Chisora out with one right hand.

Chisora would be tailor made for Foreman. It would be worse than the Frazier fight.

I think you could put gloves on Foreman today and he'd have a great chance of knocking Chisora spark out.

It's embarrassing enough that Chisora is being discussed in exciting fights, that's as low as the division can get. I don't hate Chisora but his abilities in the ring are abysmal. Reality is, he won't even make it far enough to be discussed back then.

Alex Stewart was tailor made for Foreman.

A straight up fighter with porous defense, minimal movement, never beat a good fighter, and a history of getting knocked the fudge out. We saw how that turned out. At least, I thought we did, but people either didn't see it or are putting way more weight on the legend of Foreman than what he was actually doing in the ring.

He knocked out Moorer and got all the accolades he deserved for it. That was also the only contender level fighter he knocked out in his comeback.

Haye put a dent in Chisora's chin. He got rocked by Pala.

The only reason Frazier got up so many times in the Frazier fight was because he had the heart of a lion. Once Chisora got a taste of Foreman's power, he wouldn't want any more.
