its not ideal, but who else can you get at 48 hrs notice?
at least dereck's got a fight, he's gonna get paid, and the fans get to see him, however long the fight go's.

Good point, and he needs to keep active for rankings and such like, plus Remigijus Ziausys is earning a lot more than driving his taxi in Lithuania tonight so everybodys a winner.........

Frank's had a little bit more than just 48 hours to find Del an opponent. It's just gonna happen more like this though while BoxNation is going. FW's press conference the other day was embarrasing. "We're here to announce James DeGale v TBA, George Groves v TBA and Billy Joe Saunders v TBA" :patsch

It is good in a way because at least it keeps them active but they'll learn nothing from fights like this and they won't keep people interested either.

Well this will be the second of three really, really **** Friday cards in a row. If Franky is gonna put on so many shows so regularly, he's got to sort them out a bit.

Tom Dallas costs money, and to my knowledge he has only taken 1 fight at short notice. I'm not sure he would be keen on a repeat performance after last time.

Oh aye, forgot Norton v Williams. Honestly you could combine those four cards together and it'd barely reach passable.

Sounds like Chisora's people just want to rebuild his confidence with a win.
