Chisora's spirited loss to Vitali is worth more than Haye's whole run at HW

Chisora deserves more credit for his fight against Vitali. He really tried his best and came up short against the better fighter. Chisora has his questionable antics, but at the end of the day he backs up his actions by giving it all in the ring. Haye has his questionable **** talking, and doesn't back up anything.

No it doesn't. Going in and surviving is commendable because he tried to fight and he went the distance. It deserves more credit than Hayes loss to Wlad, because at least Chisora tried to fight. Haye just went into survival mode and was a total joke after all his talk.

BUT, Hayes wins over Ruiz, Valuev and Barrett are all better than any win on Chisora's record and losing with effort does not equate to better than winning fights against gatekeepers, winning a world title with a broken hand (that was a genuine injury that hampers performance unlike his bull**** toe excuse) and defending it against a former world champion.

If Chisora had gotten the win he deserved vs. Helenius that is far better than Haye's wins over Ruiz and Barrett (both totally shot when he faced them - joke fights imo). and at least as good as Haye beating Valuev, imo. I don't buy any of Haye's injury excuses, including his broken hand vs. Valuev - if that affected him so much, why didn't he do better vs. Wladimir when his hands were both fine?

Ruiz was totally shot, even at his best he was mediocre. No credit for that win.

Barrett was equally shot, and he KNOCKED DOWN Haye. Embarassing KD from such a shot fighter who was also B-level in prime.

Valuev...Haye had what, the lowest punch output in a 12 round championship HW fight in history? In a fight many people thought was a draw or win for Valuev? Where he moved backwards the whole fight doing nothing? None of that sounds remotely impressive.

Delboy swallowed his blood before he swallowed his pride and gave up trying to win. Haye is a joke at HW.

In what universe are Haye's wins against Ruiz and Barrett better than Chisora's win against Helenius? Even if you're legally blind and don't agree with the decision, the effort alone is more respectable than anything Haye's done at heavyweight. Certainly a hell of a lot more respectable than running around the ring against a giant lump of lard and bodyhair and getting gifted a worthless trinket belt for his troubles.

A darn sight better than Ruiz and Barrett, that's what. It's be a better win than Valuev as well if it wasn't for that joke of a belt on the line.

I think Haye is a hell of alot better than Chisora but there is a bit of sense to this thread. Both have fought the 2 real outstanding talents of the division and only 1 of them had the balls and toes to try to win as much as he could, the other could of done a hell of alot more.

Though sayin that Haye was a world champ and that must count for something.

Chisora has a fighting heart and always comes to win

his win over Helenius ( I don't give a **** what the judges said) is much better than wins over shot C level Barrett or Ruiz

Haye comes to take the paycheck and ruin the event, as he did against Wlad and Valuev

Maybe... depends how injured Vitaly was realy. If we was not really injured then yes it was a great performance by Chisora.

Haye's so overrated, it's unreal. Haye didn't even win a single round in the Wlad fight. As good as Wlad is, in shape top class fighters do not get schooled in that matter lopsided manner. I'll reserve my judgment when David fights another decent fighter, and actually wins. Let's not dress up Ruiz, and Valuev they were paper champions. Haye gets massive credit for his cruiser weight campaign. But Haye isn't a natural cruiser weight, he was a much bigger fighter when he won 2 world titles in that division. And he still got put down by those smaller fighters, including little Carl Thompson. Mormek had him wobbling all over the place like a baby deer. Chisora has come up against 3 undefeated super heavyweights, 1 he should have beaten, who has knocked out 2 former champions. The other is the most dominant WBC champion who's never been behind on the scorecards. And a 6ft 9 upcoming contender who probably should probably be challenging the wbc champion . And Chisora came in overweight by 20 pounds.
