Helenius is better than anyone Haye has beaten (bar possibly Valuev, but Haye's effort in that fight was poor, while Chisora smashed Helenius to bits).

Sexton isn't really any worse than shot Ruiz or Barrett.

I reckon Chisora outworks Haye to a 2-3 round UD.
