To tell you the truth I didnt really read your post cause I just giggled that I got a big reply out of you from my fishing. The closest thing to Tekes Idol is my avatar, Mundine aint nothing but one of many sportsmen I have liked watching.
18 carat GOLD! With Mundine in decline his fans can't distance themselves from the sinking ship quick enough.
Man-sized disaster if Anthony Mundine loses again by Robert Craddock - Courier Mail - Feb 17th 2011 THE cockiness has gone and in its place there is a sombre acceptance that another loss would spark calls to have him rechristened "Anthony Mundane". Humility replaced hubris at yesterday's press conference which announced that Anthony "The Man" Mundine would seek revenge at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre on April 13 against Garth Wood, the underdog who knocked him out last year. This content is protected This was a boxing press conference with a difference. There were no chairs thrown or finger-pointing or gatecrashers in hoods and even Mundine's conservatively dark shirt and sweater told a story as there was no sign of a titled baseball cap, a flash suit or trendy shades. Instead, Mundine admitted that this odd little rematch between himself and a man who won television's Contender Australia series had suddenly become a fight to save his career. There is no title and both men have clouded futures even if they win. For Mundine, this contest is not about harvesting the spoils of victory. It is about avoiding the damage of defeat. Mundine, 35, accepts a loss would be catastrophic for his future. His hazy dreams of a big American payday which may have gone already would vanish the second he hit the canvas and his appeal in the Australian pay-per-view market would also sink. "I am not even going to let that thought process in my head I cannot afford to think about losing," said Mundine, who admits a stream of victories before his last fight made him sloppy and ripe for the picking. "This is probably the fight I must make sure I win. I am not getting any younger. I got into a lot of bad habits in the last fight, particularly defensively, so credit to his team for their attention to detail. But Garth knows he will fight a different fighter on the 13th and whether he can stick with me is yet to be seen. "My Dad will tell you I have probably been a bit pigheaded. I did not lose for a long time. Even though I saw negatives in my performances, I did not address the problems. I did not study films or myself. Garth made me pay the price. I will study films and myself and work out what he will do to try and beat me. I have to match his will and hunger." Wood, 32, fancies his chances against Mundine because they grew up in the same area of Sydney and have known each other since they were in short pants so there is no fear factor. "He knew that last time we fought he knew I was coming for him you could see it in his eyes," Wood said. Wood will try to knock out Mundine for the second time in two fights but another part of him must feel like hugging him for providing the career breakthrough that has changed his life. Wood will receive about $500,000 for this fight, and he plans to buy a house with it. "Go back six fights and I was fighting for $800 at the Bankstown RSL it is incredible really," Wood said.

A road KO hey mastermind - I though they were fighting in a ring, not the street. Good to see you back though. As you can see, what remains of the Mindine nut-huggers are leaving the sinking ship like rats.
