No deal! It's a Kessler rematch, Calzaghe, Froch, or
Taylor or bust as far as Mundine's credibility is concerned which i might add is pretty low. Bika is another waste of time IMO.

Bika is a waste of time too? In that case, forget it! Mundine won't fight anyone better than Bika this year!:verysad

I only say that because Mundine would box Bika's ears off, this man has talent to burn and he is wasting everybody's time including his own!

OK.... You have proved your point.:deal

    You are very definitely "BRAINDEAD":patsch

Which part of "Mundine has refused 2 Mandatory opportunities against Kessler" Don't you understand?

In all seriousness....I strongly suggest that you spend a day standing in a carwash....perhaps the constant watering might grow you a brain.

Choc "I'll fight anyone, anywhere, anytime but only if the fight is in Sydney and if the fighter is a **** bum that no one has heard of and he must have no punching power and be really slow so that I look really skilled and can keep talking bull**** about how great I am",

"I want extremely dangerous fighters like Sam Soliman, I aint afraid of no one".

The only danger Soliman poses for Mundine is he may get Windburn from the amount of punches Soliman throws and MISSES!!!!

Hey Oz, I don't doubt you've heard this from someone, but when did Mundine refuse these two mandatory challenges?

From what I can recall, Mundine stepped aside to let him unify belts twice on the proviso that he'd get a shot at him afterwards (assuming he won). It's not really refusing to fight the guy.

Mundine never ducked Kessler, it's the other way around. If he wanted to duck Kessler he would have gone a different route besides the WBA.

This is what Mundine needs to do....he needs to whip the **** out of Soliman again, then whip Bika, then set up a bigger fight later this year, hopefully not Green though.

Bingo, if he was trying to escape Kessler he would be as far away from the WBA as he could be.

He will whip Sam, Bika and Green within the next 16 months.

    :-( :-( :-( :-( :-(

And here was I was thinking you had become rehabilitated as an upstanding, clear-headed memeber of the boxing community...:patsch

Mundine got involved with the WBA well before Kessler took an interest in it! He beat Echols for the vacant title in 2003 and lost it to Siaca in 2004, from which Kessler won it later on in the year.

Mundine could have decided not to take up his mandatory position, but what would have been the point in that? He thought he was good enough to beat Kessler! Now he knows better! He wasn't ducking Kessler then! He's ducking him NOW!:deal :deal :deal
