Now that Chocolatito has made his debut at Bantamweight does he have any chance against Nakatani after what we’ve seen against Barrera?
I just don't think he showed nearly enough quickness or power to bother guys like Nakatani or Bam Rodriguez, let alone someone like Naoya Inoue.
not sure. this guy couldnt really hurt gonzalez, so roman got lazy on the defense. he would need to be more mindful of incoming against nakatani, and that burns fuel. can he still maintain focus and intensity for 12 hard fought rds? i dont know.
Nakatani has too much firepower for Chocolitito at his advanced age. I think he could make it a good fight though, but he'd be outgunned.
Well after seeing their latest fights Junto may very well be a dangerous fight for the aging Chocolatito. Choco is clearly a level above Astrolabio but it’s still hard to envision him getting past that reach along with the power shots and body blows.
Choco is above Astrolabio yes, but Junto is a few trillion levels above Rober Barrera. This would be a sad ending for the Nicaraguan. There are bigger money fights out there with less violent disaster potential.
Choc doesn't belong at 118 and is really old for a little dude. I love Choc but Junto would beat him up.
Donaire or Ioka, yeah. Or even once more with Gallo. Fellow big name geezers, that's his proper lane.
He came in at 116.75 on the scales against Barrera and he looked more mortal at 115 than he ever did at 112 and below. As much as it pains me to say it, I think Choc is just too old and small to be competitive with the elite at 118.
