Francis75 the opponent Choc mentioned 3 days ago to me is a very talented fighter. The Mundine camp and family were both happy with his last performance. As this was our first fight together I think he boxed well but after watching the replay we both agreed there was so much more he could of done. Next fight will see a more aggressive Anthony Mundine. So maybe you might be better to save your money. I will let you know how it goes.

I really hope so BUT i seriously doubt it. Has this " very talented fighter" ever beaten anybody ? does he fight in a lower weight class to Anthony ? Is he in his prime or years past it ? I guess we will find out soon enough. I like Anthony and will support him when/if he fights top level opposition. Unfortunately he continually fights a poor level of opposition.

 

I thought he boxed very well against medley as I've said many times before his combination punching and general work rate were great. If he'd got medley out of there after he doubled him over it would have been better but I can't see many people at middle out boxing "the man" judging by the medley scrap.

 

OK...but where would you rate Medley in the rankings as a Middleweight?
