I think it's weird how in the various aussie forum "bitchfests" going on in the seemingly small boxing community that the people claiming to be doing the most good for the sport in terms of distribution paid or not are so very quick to discredit any aussie fighter that mundine happens to paste inside the ring. There are various domestic fighters I have a disdain for e.g. froch but I still give him some credit, but the mundine witch hunt conducted by the guys so seemingly active in the australian boxing world is a massive contradiction and gets more laughable with each stupid post. No one gives boxing more exposure in your country than "the man", time to start supporting him :bbb

Seeing as hes a light middleweight who fights at light middleweight after he'd moved up from welterweight, I didn't have him rated at middleweight.

 

Thanks for clearing up the FACT that Medley was a **** opponent for Mundine to be fighting. Medley is NOT a good fighter on the world scene, infact he is quite ****. The 3 times he has fought world level opponents he has been thoroughly embarrassed hasn't he.
If fans like yourself and Mr Balmain believe an opponent like a Rob Medley is a good opponent for Mundine then i certainly won't read too much into Balmains assertion that Anthony mentioned that they have a very good fighter lined up next.:hi:

I wouldnt even have Medley inside the top 25 at Junior Middleweight.
Probably somewhere round 40-50.

 

He was a another joke opponent for Anthony to be fighting and all of Mundine's fans damn well know it to. Mundine fighting a top 25/30 junior middleweight at middleweight atsch. FFS what is Medley's best win :roll: That's right he doesn't have ANY at all that would be considered remotely credible.

 

Sorry Ash but imo Mundine fighting someone like Medley even at 154 is a complete joke. Did anyone dare predict that Medley would win more than 2 or 3 rds ? Who is this opponent that Mundine was mentioned as fighting last week ?

 

The fighter Choc was scheduled to face i would have had around the 20 mark at Middleweight, tho Middle is a somewat weak division without much depth.:yep

 

The fight seems less & less likely to happen anyways Francis meh nothing out of the norm for Mundine.
