It takes 2 weeks to make and another 4 weeks to mature (longer is better). I've got around 250 pints in the shed maturing and just keep making the stuff as I empty (drink) the bottles.

Yeah, the first batch you make is a PITA because you have the 6 weeks wait before you drink it but after that you just keep making it and theres no wait.


Its surprisingly nice, gets a thumbs up from my mates when I fetch it to BBQs. I think it gets a bad rep from years ago but the kits these days are spot on.
