Aw man... that imoticon is sooooo wrong it's funny again. Not sure, but it ouldn't surpise me one bit :yep
It originally served dual purpose: a light-hearted lampooning of the infamous British forum "Big Daddy Dan's Choi Thread" (which got off track, off the rails altogether, and then off the MAP in several thousand pages of tangential tomfoolery...and has undergone several forced title changes by some surreptitious mod, curiously just like this one :think There's some anti-Choi agenda on ESB, and it goes up high! HIGH I tell ya! This content is protected ) - AND as a legitimate tribute to one of the toughest sons of bitches in the sport, since he really is virtually unknown outside the UK yet isn't actually even a British boxer.
Exactly. For both reasons he really ought to have a fan base outside one tiny island nation (even if it is where he puts in most of his work...you know, now that he's got a team around him that can actually get him some work and force feathers domestic and abroad to stop avoiding him).
I think he was living back home in Mongolia in semi-retirement up until a year or so ago, before this recent career resurgence since hooking up with the current management/promotion team (Spencer Fearon, Ciaran Baynes). I believe he has moved back to London, but Boxrec still has his residence listed as Ulan-Bator. :think
Thanksgiving came a month early for Choi. A turkey boxer named Rhys Roberts ran afowl hey) of him in the Prizefighter Finals, and got roasted! [yt]mOcAzLCFZ7Q[/yt] Billy Dib, take notice. This is what happens when turkey boxers stick their necks out!
Choi has been keeping it realer than kinks in a rat-tail as a Mongolian (Road) Warrior since the NINETIES, kids. :respect Thanks to Flea Man for this brilliant offering: :happy :love Choi a G!!! <3333333333333
War Choi! Stopped his man tonight in the 8th [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e6zKWQVENB8[/ame] His message to all Mexicans and Americans in his post-fight interview....."I'll bash 'em up!!" :boxer
War Choi! :happy Although, I may have to take exception to Choi being the greatest Mongolian fighter ever... May I present the spiritual and stylistic predecessor to everyone's favorite 40 year old Mongolian power-puncher... Lakva Sim (click here) There still may be time for Choi to duplicate Lakva's feat and become the second Mongolian to win a world title! :happy
