    Short-range: I would say Ward, but I'll throw Bradley in too.
    Mid-range: Marquez.

    There are of course various great options for all 3, and I wouldn't argue with a few guys for each.

    But if you're just talking the best guy I can personally think of.

    Short - no ones as devasating as Mayweather up close. Not only is he a supreme inside fighter, but he throws short, quick hooks that are basically unstoppable

    Middle - I'm 50/50 on Pacquiao here. I could go elsewhere, but he is at the very top for mid punching.

    Distance - no contest for me. Floyd can throw shots from distance, that people just don't see coming. They land with almost no resistance, as his opponent just never sees them. He was hitting Marquez with left hooks, from distance, for fun. He could have landed it 10 times in a row if he wanted to

    Sick of guys with mental ages of 14, who can't even take part in a serious debate, without throwing in cheap shots.

    Active boxer means someone who's not retired.

    Ofcourse he is an active boxer, did I miss him announcing his retirement? Did he not fight 6-7 months ago? Was Mosley not an active boxer when he was out for over a year?
