fixing to buy a new pair of gloves. I've narrowed it down to three based on internet reviews. I will be using for mostly bag and mitt work. I cant decide which pair to choose. Looking around the $100 mark. 1. Ringside IMF Tech- read they are heavier than usual, and that they have went down hill in quality, but still good glove. 2. Title Gel Intense- padding is hard around the knuckle and can run a little tight. 3. Fighting Sports Tri Techs- read that they are very wide and the hand moves around the inside.
Can't say I even know those brands. Would suggest you try gloves on before you buy them because the shape and size varies a lot from brand to brand. Maybe try them on in a shop and once you've decided what you like you could buy them off the Net if the price is cheaper than the shop offer them for.
best i've personally used are twins, windy .. but i do MT i've heard the expensive everlast ones are good, reyes, winning
thanks for the replies. so far, Ringside IMF Tech are winning the poll. And a few have suggested Hayabusa, i checked them out, they seem ok. dont really like the look of them with that sword decal. i still have a few days to decide. hope i get more feedback.
best gloves ive ever used for an all round feel are green hill, i feel that they're underrated too. or seem to go under the radar, with reyes/grants/winning making the cut all the time.
what ever you do dont buy the title gel's. The gel padding moves and clumps so it does not protect your knuckles. would not recommend them to anyone.
