    Certainly is. His fight with Joe Symonds is on YouTube. There’s also an interesting colourized time capsule from the mid 30s of a balding Wilde teaching boxing technique.

    Personally I have lots but Sam Langford always comes to mind and Jem Mace. Jake Kilrain...

    i know this is rare but there are a few from modern times of whom you cannot find footage. This is rare now with all the channels from around the world showing boxing and , from the 1940s on you had ABC< CBS and NBC and then later in ESPN, HBO, Showtime etc, but it happens.

    Threads like these show out what deep and well-educated boxing historians you all are and it's sort of humbling to hear the breadth of knowledge that comes out about fighters from a hundred years ago. Reminder that this can be a serious site and I'm out of my league when you guys start going strong.

    I'm still stuck in the 70's and hoping somebody will find some film on the guys I read about in the magazines as a kid that I never got to see. (Still waiting for a clip of Walter Moore, heavyweight from Chicago managed by Ernie Terrrell for instance.)
