    Still makes a good fight. Haye's a cocky *******, but I must give the man his due for challenging the best.

    The thing is Haye would beat 9/10 heavyweights in the division, but after being KTFO by Vitali in the first or maybe second round no-one will take him serously and he wont get anymore good fights.

    I think Haye will be better tactically at heavyweight when he's not having to devote so much of his training schedule to making the weight.
    I hope he doesn't try to play to the fans in London though, in a way I think he'd have a better chance fighting in Germany.

    Vitali will knock him out within three rounds.Unlike his brother he's a fast starter, ready to exchange punches and not holding back.He wobbled Lewis and Peter in the second round respectively if i remember correctly and Haye will be gone as soon as Vitali's right hand finds its target more or less clean.The only reason this fight lasts longer than 3 rounds is if Vitali wants to expose Haye a little bit longer...But all in all this won´t even be competitive.People get excited about this fight not because they think it will be a close one, but because they want to see Haye get KTFO. Apart from some delusional British fans that is...

    I think he gets blown out in rounds 1-3. Vitali uses his size and strength advantage to walk him down. Vitali is too big and too good to simply try to outbox, and Haye isnt really a boxer to begin with.

    Haye is going to be forced to trade with Vitali, and Vitali's combos are going to send Haye ****ing spinning.

    He makes it past 3 Im going to be surprised. Maybe if he backpedals like crazy.

    But the he is ****ed if Vitali gets him into a corner, or on the ropes. Or within range of him in general

    Call it dilusional but if VK tries to plod around the ring with his hands by his waist like he did against Sam Peter, Haye will have him out of there even faster than Enzo.

    I think you make an excellent point about the possible downsides for a fight with Vitali Klitschko for David Haye.

    That said, one thing you have to give Team Haye credit for is that they are a confident group. I think they feel that even if David loses this fight in a quick or lopsided fashion, he's still marketable and they can easily build him back up. And why not? Vitali will be gone from the scene relatively soon, anyways, so even if he wins he'll be out of the way quickly enough. I think that's one reason why Haye is fighting him now, to be able to have a shot with him before VK hangs them up for good.

    Haye is what would business dealmakers call a 'rainmaker.' That is, he gets things done and gets people interested. There aren't a lot of guys like that in all of the sport, especially in the HW division. So, even if Haye loses this fight fairly handily he still should be able to keep himself relevant and in the mix because of his ability to promote himself and to get people interested.

    I give Haye a lot of junk because he annoys the hell out of me and talks a ton for someone who has done nothing in his new division. But that's not necessarily a bad thing. At least I feel something for David Haye, unlike people such as, say, Arreola. If you have that 'it' quality, you'll be able to make a lot of money in a sport like boxing, even if you accrue a few "L's."
