For me, definitely Montiel vs. Donaire. It was extraordinary, not just because of the punch, but because Montiel got back up.
What the hell? There's no fifth option. Are you trying to make a fool out of me, motherlover?!!! :fire
Montiel actually got back up. Thread question should be "Which knockdown was scarier?" For me, both knockdowns were equally eerie, though I felt better when Montiel got back up.
Both equally awesome, but Hatton couldn't even get up: :yep Ain't knowing **** about boxing, same move, right hook, roll over... :yep
didn't think this that hard to chose im guna go with pac v hatton, even though that russian dance montiel was doing when he collapsed was freaky
Hatton was gone, immobile, asleep you could have counted to 100 the real question of recent KOs is between the Williams ko or the Hatton with the Montiel one although its a beauty at #3
I'd rate the following in order... 1. Martinez vs Williams: This content is protected 2. Pac vs Hatton: This content is protected 3. Donaire vs Montiel: This content is protected Williams was supposedly this 'most avoided man in the sport', and a year ago was a heavy favourite to brush aside Martinez. So without a shadow of a doubt, Martinez' one-punch demolition of him was ****ing ace. Pacquiao was fighting a guy who was naturally bigger than him, and one that had been the king of his division for a number of years. His one-punch KO almost ended Hatton's life. Noni was fighting a guy who, let's remind ourselves, was ridiculously smaller than him. Noni was also the favourite to win, and with his superior size, power and presence, a KO like that was to be expected.
The punch that generated the ko? Donaire. Result, the ko itself? You have to go with Manny. Hatton looked like he was laying in his coffin there in the ring.
