Algieri will be a one sided beatdown ending in poor Chris getting the plug pulled on him. (Rd 4-6 tops)

Macau & TR both want a spectacular finish & the ref's already have the memo to stop the fight the second Algieri drops like a sack of potatoes.

 

This is a lose-lose fight for Pac, can't believe he was stupid enough to agree to it. It's a win-win fight for Arum though, he has no problem with Pac losing this one.

Manny has looked just as fast as he has always been in his last two fights. He was much quicker than TB last time out and that's saying A LOT!

Skills wise everyone can see Manny is not as sharp as he was nor as accurate anymore and it is about time he hung up those gloves but the speed is clearly still there.

Manny will win but Algeri will look a lot better than most people here are expecting.

But even a shot or past his prime Pacquiao defeated a Top 4 p4p, undefeated champion and in his prime Timothy Bradley winning the 147 WBO Title.

It's like he admitted his stock is too low he's now fighting B-level fighters.

 

I have to take my hat off to TR's promotion team.

When this fight was first made, everyone saw it as the one sided, joke fight that it is.

But in recent months, they've managed to get enough people to say "you know what? Algieri has a chance here!"

Manny is loosing a bit of speed. Algieri foot speed may give Pac some trouble and hes a tuff kid. You don't survive against Prod after that 1st knock down without having some durability I can see a late ref stoppage a points win for Pac with it being a bit closer than some people think Due to Chris height and reach and possibly being a bit faster of foot than Pac who now very often fights flat footed and uses less movement
