Chris Algieri is looking smug even more so then Rios and Bradley

Yea, and I told you why, as an example of a victory that doesn't mean much and to show you I'm not biased towards Floyd. You keep bringing up Maidana to make Algieri look good like that's somehow relevant. Pac's opponent selection is not relevant to Floyd's opponent selection and vice versa. You don't justify fights by saying "Well he did it too".

 

Chris' victory over Ruslan is against someone who was tailor made for him. Good victory, his best victory, and credit to him for having the heart and IQ to adapt and stay focused, but he struggled. I didn't score it but fact is, he barely got by Provo. It's funny, you **** on Ortiz & Maidana but praise Algieri atsch

If Algieri has a good jab and decent footwork. Pac will struggle.

 

Comparing Provo's power to Pac shows you have little understanding of the sport. Pac's power comes from his speed of foot, hands and the odd angles at which he throws those punches. His style is centered entirely around those things as opposed to just walking forward throwing bombs.

I see this fight interesting for a few rounds while Pac gets used to and tries to time Algieri's jab. He is then going to eat Algieri up with those straight lefts followed by a pivot out of the way, reset, then right back to it. By all means though, keep hyping this fight, it will still bomb on PPV and won't be considered a significant win by any stretch of the imagination when looking back on Pac's career.

 

The shots that Algieri took put him on his ass. Having power is one thing... Being able to land with power when you're a slow, plodding journeyman is another thing entirely. Pacquiao will land far more flush punches than Provodnikov did, that I can guarantee you.

 

Algieri hasn't proven that he can beat any of those guys. He has one notable win over an overhyped plodder with **** stamina on his resume and that's it.

 

Big bad Manny --- can't break an egg, no chin, doesn't move well, stamina issues. This is why Algeria is smiling. He knows that he is in much better shape, that he can fight for 20 rounds, that he is faster, and that he is much busier.

 

So you will accept a ban bet for this fight?
