    maidana was just saying that to make himself look good.if he did hit hard he would of dropped maidana at least once throughout their fight its not like maidana is iron chinned or anything.

    Would that be enough then to earn a fight with Mayweather in your opinion, after all, beating Broner is pretty much all Maidana had to do for you to say he's a great choice for Mayweather.

    You have:
    Points win over Broner = points win over Broner.
    Win over Provodnikov > win over Soto Karass
    shut out loss to Pacquiao > shut out loss to Alexander.

    Thus no question- Algieri > Maidana
