Would be a great fight, even if most would find it not entertaining. I would expect them to produce a lot of close and debatable rounds.
Experience in this case shouldn't even matter that much considering Algieri is already a world champion, has beaten better competition (Ruslan trumps everything on Postol's resume) and has the superior athletic ability. Considering these men don't have much firepower in their fists, but throw 1,000 punches a fight, we could expect to see a firefight erupt from these two men at any point of the match. Algieri might be more inclined to be more aggressive than he was against Provodnikov because Postol doesn't hit anywhere near Ruslan, and isn't as offensive minded as to constantly back Algieri up.
Khan vs Postol could be a good one to watch. Algieri's entire career is based on a single controversial win where he was floored more than once and looked like this at the end. He's somehow vastly overrated here. At this stage the best route for his career would be outpointing a couple of journeymen and fighting Broner as a gatekeeper for a final payday.
I agree with this. I had Provo winning close, and definitely the schoolyard decision as you pointed out. Algeiri won't win against Postol.
