Who takes it? I think it's pretty obvious that McCline was badly out of shape in the Arreola fight and just wanted to get to the showers as quickly as possible (copyright Suge Green). I think the 2002 version (Briggs) would win a wide UD over Arreola, with knocking him down once or twice. He had pretty good speed then and threw wicked combinations.
    Anyone agree?

Still Arreola. McCline has a habit of ****ing things up when faced with top oppositon. Although I wouldn't be surprised if Arreola were dropped on his way to a UD victory.

McCline. McCline was a strong dude in his prime, the guys that gave him trouble were boxers. Jameel would weather the storm and work behind the jab to take decision. The version that beat Briggs is good enough to outbox Arreola, it was really after having some confidence taken away by Wlad that McCline became less effective.

Great thread, I think McCline would easily win a Unanimous decision but Arreola would give him trouble in spots.
