Of course he would have. You don't need to be some Rhodes Scholar to come to that conclusion.

Are there actually people that would make a counter argument? Deontay always has a puncher's chance, but in this case in particular it's an exceedingly small one. Like close to zero.

Chris Arreola should change his name from "Nightmare," to "Captain Obvious."

Chris is correct, of course. Vitali would have systematically chopped Wilder down and caved him in within 6 rounds.

Vitali also beats Fury, Joshua and his own brother, barring any freak cuts caused by grazing punches.

I think so too. Vitali in hey day was the best heavy since Lewis. No doubt in my mind id have him the heavy favorite against Wilder.

When your only tool is power and you’re going up against one of the best chins in the history of the division and a h2h beast then yeah you’re gonna have a bad time.

But you dont need to be a Rhodes scholar to understand Wilder has a punchers chance, and in the sport of boxing thats what matters, especially in the heavyweight division.. but im sure you know that, right? Or is it a foregone conclusion vitali wins? Hmmmm

I don’t think anyone denies there is a punchers chance, but that’s it. If you ran it 100 times more often than not Vitali is demolishing him.

100 percent more often than not is saying vitali wins every single fight thus saying wilders punchers chance isnt realistic and that he loses every single fight. Put wilder and vitali in the ring 5 times and id bet Wilder wins at least once.

In boxing you're only as good as your last fight. Wilder is taking a beating in boxing circles since he less than steller performance in the Fury rematch. Everyone's trashing him now. But lets not forget that Wilder beat Arreola and Wilder beat King Kong Ortiz twice stopping him both times. And he came milliseconds away from scoring a sensational knockout of Tyson Fury. As limited as a boxer as Wilder is, the guy has massive punching power. Wilder can turn your lights out in a heartbeat.

While Vitali is a much better boxer, in the Heavyweight division, all it takes is one punch. Wilder could be losing on the cards and giving away rounds, but he times one perfect shot and down goes Vitali.

Yeah, it would be a trashing of epic proportions. Basically a more stationary Fury with a much higher punchoutput, accuracy, power and much better chin.
