When they touch gloves, Arreola is only about an inch shorter than Wills, who was listed at 6'4". That said, Arreola's probably more like 6'2 1/2" than 6'4".

 

Pathetic isn't it? To be fair though, McCline was officially retired a week or so before this, and was in great shape for most of his career. But Arreola has no excuse and is a disgrace to his profession. I can stay in shape and no one is paying me a dime to do so; how hard is it when you're earning a million dollars for it?

 

ever seen an NFL lineman? not everyone's got a 6 pack when they train hard and are in great shape.

looks to me that arreola's about 400 lbs. when he's not weighing in for a fight. i'm pretty impressed he's able to make 250 quite honestly.

 

Sure, they don't have to have six packs... some people just don't have that body type. Povetkin and Ibragimov look fairly soft but can still average 60+ punches for 12 rounds. However, that doesn't apply to Arreola, who is simply not in good shape.

 

Sometimes the guys with the good punch output are a little soft, that extra bit of padding is the reserve of energy they carry to last them the 12 rounds (hardy body guys often start to gas before the last four rounds). Ali was a bit soft, Lewis was a bit soft, Byrd was a bit soft, Calzaghe is a bit soft ... but man Arreola takes it to the EXTREME, he brings a Cooler and a Habachi into the Ring with him!

 

McCline is 6'6

Arreola is 6'4 ... I think P Williams is a legit 6'2 ... and I also think that Vitali Klitschko is a bit taller than 6'7
