Good post...but still he gained a fan...perhaps he will learn to be lighter, more nimble, use upper body motion.
He did make enough to buy a house or three somehwhere else than California....

You don't have to have a six pack...I can show you many fit non six pack champs from back in the day; and in under weights.
Like my man Bo Bo Olson was never six pack, but real fit.

But he was too dammed heavy for his own good and should have come in a tad on the under side of 230.

hey Two Ton Toney Gallanto was number one (not bum of the month), when he fought Joe Louis...and he made Chris look washboard dammed near.

Chris would've probably made it the distance if his corner didn't have his best interest in mind. Chris has a heart at least the size of Mexico if not America. If Chris will train even harder and come in even better shape he will be hell for anyone. He will have a chance at defeating anyone other than possibly the Klitschkos.

he made a fan out of me. He took his beating like a man. I have no doubt that if he is around when the Klitschko's are retired that he will win a belt. He would destroy David Haye.

Arreola showed a lot of heart, it would have been a better fight if he could stay in the damn pocket longer, that douche bag of a ref made no warnings to klitschko for holding

I'm sure Chris is a good guy but does he cry like that in front of the buffet table ? No !!he gave a spirited effort but the man needs to come in better shape !!!I'm sick of heavy weights looking like tuff men !!!!

If chris ever wants to be champ he needs to take this more serious . I can't tell you how disgusted I was when they were showing him scarf down food and he was justifying it !!sorry but these type of things show up in the fight and they did last night !!

We need to get back to real heavy weights !!did people really think he had shot with that type of conditioning ??

I didn't like Arreola prior to this fight. But he showed great heart and will against the best HW boxer out there. Respect Cris, you will be a champion some day!

Yeah, and if he was 20 pounds lighter he'd also be easier for Vitali to muscle around the ring. He would look and feel like a little midget in the ring against Vitali.

His conditioning wasn't an issue in the fight. The fact is he is not as good as Vitali, plain and simple.

    :hat

He should let the fighters box it out, no reason to break it up instantly, he WAS holding, EVERYTIME. So **** off :good

I find whoever either of the K's beat the witch hunt comes out calling that guy they beat a bum almost every time, it's good to see a few people point out that the fight went the way it did mostly because of Vitali and gave some credit to Chris.

I can see both sides to the argument. The guy has balls, but he also didnt take his fitness and skills seriously enough, which implies his self belief is way to high and its probably good he has been brought down a level. I mean, a career defining fight where he is getting paid **** loads, he didnt even have the focus to train hard enough. He doesnt sound like what I love about boxing, with all due respect to him. I love watching a fight between 2 people giving it their all in the ring and outside. It takes great mental fortitude prior to the fight, and respect to ones opponent to focus and train incredibly hard. Its half of the true warrior mentality, the other half is in the ring. I wish Chris all the best however, and hope he sorts his career out.

He should have trained more. He lacks discipline. But once he is in the ring, he does try his best. Similar to Bowe.

Cris cried like a little *****

It must be all that estrogen in his titties

If he really wanted to be a champion he wouldnt have ballooned to 300+ lbs during his off time.

the best way to beat the klits is to make it an ugly fight, tacle holdem' in the corner punchem' on the break or whatever just don't stand there wondering how you going to reach them. The klits size is there only talent, get in if they get out get in faster.
