"I've been in the gym with Chris.

He's an enigma to me. The work ethic of slug, but so much heart and will in the ring. The guy just doesnt use his gym time. He is an unbelievable natural talent. Shame."

So that HBO pre-fight piece they did about a year ago was bull****. They showed Chris and his fat trainer running.

 i wonder if he was jumproping when those earthquakes shook japan a week ago. :think seriously, as round as cris is, many of you should know not to believe everything u read. this doesn't make sense, because on an hbo documentary he was shown averaging 8-9 miles a day. that's not bad for a big man like him considering that's what floyd mayweather does.

Arreola has hype job written all over him. He's Sam Peter, but more weight and slower. Vitali is going to destroy this fat disgrace, if he doesn't do it within 6, I will be shocked.

Couldn't have said it better myself. I feel the same way about Shannon Briggs. It's a goddam embarrassment and it means you take your career, your livelihood as a joke.

He has remained undefeated with no roadwork. Also, many see long distance running as an outdated training method for fighters. He is only doing the runs to get his weight down in a hurry.

BTW, Vlad does'nt run anymore. I have his Muscle and Fitness article and it states that plainly.

You got a point there, noone is even willing to get aggressive with him and make him move a little bit. People could talk **** on Peter all they want, but the man had Wlad falling all over the place and in panic mode for a good portion of the fight. Maybe in time will see another fighter bold enough to take that chance again.
