Why is everyone surprised Arreola began running as part of his training regiment? I've been telling you guys for the past year if Arreola doesn't take his conditioning seriously why should boxing fans take him seriously as a fighter? People try to tell you the truth and morons want to label you a "hater". Now reality is starting to slap you in the face.

He might get a bit more of a kick because his body has never done that, but what you said is 100%.

If that was true then surely he would be in better shape.

He is a fat disgrace and the thing is, he's not even decently skilled. Even if he was super dedicated and was around 225 he'd still get smashed by Vlad.

it just goes to show what a joke the heavyweight division is. The guy better knock out klitchko inside 2 rounds or he is going to have a heart attack

tbh though , ive always wondered about the specific benifits of jogging so many miles. I understand its better to do interval training, replicating a fight. Jogging is also very bad for joints.

    i've heard this many times.

i like how shilstone cut out a lot of running in spinks' training and tried to make more fight specific exercies, like intervel and wind resistance training

Trying to become conditioned a month before the fight is a bit too late. Sure, it'll help somewhat, but he should've started a long time ago.
