these guys like arreola and rios man....I mean I get it..im not even Mexican but their food is delicious...I got arreola is a big guy anyway....and its hard to resist temptation......and once these guys get to a certain level where theyre making a certain amount of money they are cool with it..........but to see rios a few weeks ago complain about his layoff and how he thinks it messed him up for the Bradley fight? cmon man....stay ready....stay in shape....and then you don't have to complain.....its easier said than done but ill always take a guy whos stays ready and lives the lifestyle even in layoffs.....stay in the gym......I hate guys who think its ok to slag off and only get serious when they have a fight signed

Arreola could shake up cruiserweight if he leaves the burritos and cervesa alone.

Otherwise he'll remain a heavyweight also ran.

Still got some monster moobs under that shirt though.

I can't wait for this waster to retire, has no discipline, can't keep away from the fridge and is a quitter.

I found an old VHS tape of Arreola fighting B.J. Flores at 178 pounds in the early 2000s. If Arreola trained like he did back then, he could be fighting guys like Andre Ward and Sergei Kovalev right now instead of heavyweights.

His punching power makes people think he's a heavyweight. But he's literally a "blown-up" heavyweight. He put on 50 POUNDS before his pro debut. He fought his best below 180 pounds.

Probably would have been impossible for Arreola to make 175 as a grown man (Cunningham and Flores also fought at that weight when they were teens but eventually got bigger), but cruiserweight (200 lbs) would be the natural weight class for a fit Chris Arreola.

Nobody cares about him looking in shape anymore. He's a lost cause.
