I live in amsterdam, I'm pissed, I'm stoned, I'm on a boxing forum trying to defend David Tua.....and you want me to watch my language. I'm pushing **** uphill with a sharp stick. **** you.
I think Peak Tua of '96-'97 was an awesome force & would brutalise every current Heavyweight in the world not called Klitschko. Happy?
I think it would be a fun fight. In their primes I think that Tua would win but at this point I think that Arreola is too much for him.
Only if we can turn back the clock till then brother. Having said that Wlad is a jittery mess and Vitali hasn't had a slugfest since Lennox. If only Tua can get past that awesome gate keeper that is Monte Barrett he can unify all the belts. Tua is the new SNV. What did I just say. Tua v SNV. Matchup made in circus heaven.
This is Tua who couldn't beat Monte Barrett? Arreola would most likely stop him in the mid-late rounds.
**** off you boring *******. Tua flogs Arreola round after round. This is the Arreola who got rocked by Ahunanya in the third round, when Friday doesn't even like to hit back.
Areola would knock tua out..........at 38 shorts heavyweights are abcient at this time.....barrett put tua down..........arreola would put him away/
I would hope arreola wins this as Tua is about 40% of what he once was. Having said that, in terms of ranked fighters, this is a dream fight for Tua. Someone who will stand in front of him is perfect. Tua is 38, and really was done at 30.
it would be a good fight..unfortunaley all we ever get from fighters like these are common opponents... tua has been around a very long time....over 50 fights...but in the last 10 years....from age 28-38 his resume is lazy and pathetic oquendo 10 years ago was good 22-0 michael moorer was good match up quick result though! 9 years ago rahman II 8 years ago in the mix russel chasteen talamade griffis ciasse salif ed gutierez maurice wheeler robert hawkins saul montana cerrone fox shane cameron friday a monte barrett demetrius king (19 losses) his latest fight thats alot of years to fight that many **** level opponents...who would have thought during that span of ****...the guy ruiz who he kod in less than a minute would be winning titles and defending his belt...while tua fed on this
:rofl:rofl:rofl NO he doesn't, he nearly got stopped and got a gift draw against Monte Barrett, I know this new class of HWs, is NOT very good and all but come on man, Tua really?
Vincent: Breaks down like this, okay: it's legal to buy it, it's legal to own it, and if you're the proprietor of a hash bar, it's legal to sell it. It's illegal to carry it, but that doesn't really matter 'cause get a load of this, all right; if you get stopped by the cops in Amsterdam, it's illegal for them to search you. I mean, that's a right the cops in Amsterdam don't have.Jules: [laughing] Oh, man. I'm going, that's all there is to it. I'm ****ing going. This content is protected
its rather amazing that tua looks so awful at 38, while someone like vitali nearing 40 looks like he found the fountain of youth...at the same time fighting much better opponets i guess not taking care of yourself between fights and having long lay offs will do that to you...i would have bet the farm after lewis was gone, holyfield and tyson were done as champions..that tua would have been a force with a belt or 2 along the way...anyone that came along in the tyson-holyfield-lewis era simply came at a bad time.... regardless of him knocking out ruiz, how does ruiz end up with 11 wba title fights and tua had 1 shot at champion lewis? its baffling how bad his career was handled
