How big of a fight would this be for the Division?? Hopefully it would take place at the Staples Center if it ever happens.
Yes an exciting fight, I dont care who wins....Its just an excting fight for a change in the heavyweight division.
HAye will need a fight like this after what just happened he will need to make a huge statement and earn his chance at another shot again.....And if it happens i say Arreola has the slight edge because i think he has a better chin than haye
arreola got dropped by travis walker...that should tell you something....and was getting tagged by McCline
No way in hell would or should Haye go to the US for this fight!!! Haye't the bigger draw and is also the former undisputed cruiserweight champion. No way does Arreola have the head seat at the negotiating table here. On the fight itself...this is what the division needs for me, and it would be an entertaining fight for the short amount of time I see it lasting. But I don't personally see it happening, as both guys are guaranteed shots at a Klit soon and wont want to risk their shot by getting KO'd by eachother. As sad as it is, that's the truth.
I agree with everything on this post.....except I think Haye could make a name for himself if he destroyed arreola on his home turf in LA.
I actually think Haye would be happy to travel (as he has demonstrated before!), he is one of the few boxers who actually pride themselves on stepping up to a challenge like that.
arreola would walk into something sooner or later if 1 of them beats a klit this fight needs to happen
The best news is that this fight could take place soon too, like July or August at the latest. I mean, they should easily be able to pull it off if negotiations go well. I'd watch it.
I would love to see this fight. If Haye were to prevail then he would have a legitimate claim to a title shot. Arreola is undefeated and HBO loves him so it would be tough for the haters to minimize the victory.
