    got blasted in the 1st round of his first fight and hasnt stepped up since

    I guess it doesn't matter who Arreola fights, he's not going to develop into a great fighter. Watching his awkward fight with Kendrick Releford, after he got into great shape only proved he's hype. His biggest fights outside of that ass kicking by Vitali were Travis Walker (who's not even a top 20) and a retired Jameel Mccline. Little Brian Minto was having his moments before Chris stopped him. Makes me think somebody like Thompson, Chambers, or Lawrence would beat him pretty convincingly. Still he could've been put in an entertaining fight with Tye Fields or David Rodriguez.

    Arreola has not been in great shape since 2001.

    At least Arreola has Witherspoon, Walker and McCline. He has at least stepped up to Klitschko and Adamek. While his level of opposition isnt the greatest those few right there still trump anyone Rodriguez has been in the ring with.
