Chris Arreola vs. John Ruiz

Arreola ain't knocking out huggy bear... hell, I doubt anyone except Vitali or Wlad can stop Ruiz.

It'd be a close ugly fight with probably Ruiz edging it due to experience.

 

Arreola by decision. Ruiz won't let himself get knocked out. If he gets buzzed, he goes into jab and grab mode, but he doesn't have the stamina to keep up with Arreola's aggression anymore. Could be a REALLY ugly fight in the late rounds.

 

Arreola is far to suckish. Ruiz has faced much stiffer competition than this crude, overweight, slugger.

If Ruiz uses the jab-and-grab, he can not be defeated.
Arreola is not rugged enough to hang with Ruiz, people have forgotten that in addition to the jab-and-grab, Ruiz also possess, the sneaky right hand™. A couple of those and the defenseless Arreola is put to sleep (or TKOed)

 

Arreola may be crude, but just about ANY fighter has more skill than the talentless Ruiz. If the ref enforces the rules, Ruiz just might get Tua-ized.:yep

 

Ruiz lands on Arrreola enough to stun him a time or three.

Ruiz would go on to win a decision.

Nice shot. Ruiz isn't a bad fighter. He just fights ugly. Arreola is ugly but he doesn't fight ugly.
