Hard to call him a defensive fighter with his hands at his waist half the time....

 

Oh he is defensive, Jones had his hands at his waist most of his career too and you have him in your avatar yet did anyone really catch him clean enough in his prime?. That's just a stance they're comfortable with as professionals, you can have your hands there or wherever you're comfortable with, it's not like his face is wide open and he doesn't know that it is. He always backs off, welcomes those attacks and counters because he has the speed to do that.

 

I understand what you are saying. However Adamek took the hardest Arreola's shots. I think that Adamek's chin is at least at good level at HW, while Haye's one is still suspected. To me its a 50/50 fight. I admit that Haye is more dangerous fighter than Arreola.

Yes, I agree with you. Haye is definitely more dangerous and better than Arreola. It's a tossup fight, but I do favor Adamek.

If history tells us anything in boxing it's that chin usually precedes power. Adamek has skills, as does Haye but Haye has many many flaws. Adamek might need to improve his balance and footwork, otherwise he will be subject to some flash knockdowns.

 

Haye would smash that impersonator in your avatar and Adamek on the same night.
