Took a look at him recently. Good strong fit basic boxer , throws wot of punches etc but not a killer puncher at all,...as I say, good, but nothing all that special IMO. Stands straight up and walks straight in. Doubt he would trouble Frampton or Quigg.
I think he's good but a step behind both Frampton and Quigg. Would be a nice feather in their caps though. I'd compare him to Chisora, a good fighter whose a step below world class but still a good opponent for anyone.
Has only lost by decision to 2 undefeated fighters at the time but has never been stopped if Carl stops him then that will be a statement imo.
