So another 12 round snoozefest coming up then...... Okolie used to have the odd matchroom admirer when he was with them, but now even they can tell the truth regarding him now that he has left, which leaves him with nobody who actually likes him. Why did Ben Shalom think it was a good idea signing Okolie?
I suspect the coin that comes when he moves up to Heavyweight is their incentive in signing up Okolie. Loads of fights will be instantly made v the other Brits. I still maintain however that Riakporhe KOs Okolie at Cruiserweight.
I'm rooting CBS to win but I think it will be a dull, and ugly fight with Okolie winning close points decision.

Shame for CBS this is the world title fight they could arrange for him. A hard fight he’ll probably lose and could kill off Bournemouth as a territory because of the loss and boring fight (due to Okolie).
Wanted paying for a voluntary defence given Okolie is getting well supposedly £1.5m for the fight he was offered less than a third of that
I don't understand Boxxer making this fight. It is a shame for CBS that he get such a difficult and unorthodox opponent on his own home ground - especially when he finally gets the chance in a world title fight. The fight will not be worth watching and I m affraid the home crowd will be left badly disappointed.
I haven’t watched Okolie properly in years because he bores me to death so I either end up on my phone or pottering about or I simply don’t put the fight on. I like Billaim Smith but don’t want to say he’ll win because I haven’t seen enough of Okolie. I think if he sets a fast pace and puts real weight behind some shots he could stop him late? Or will he just be tied up by the octopus?
