    But also facts are that he was winning the fight with no difficulty and was not hurt by Byrd in any way. And of course Wlad completely outboxed Byrd in their first first fight and then smashed him in their rematch.

    Byrd was a slick boxer, but he was still a blown up middleweight with 40 pounds of flab on him. If fought today, Vitali puts him in the same intensive care unit that Briggs was in.

    Byrd won because Vitali had a shoulder injury. End of story, idiots. Imagine how bad Byrd would have been destroyed had Vitali not had the injury? Byrd would be KTFO'd in the 8th. If byrd fought him again Vitali would murder him.

    Wasn't Byrd's last fight a tko loss? He dropped down to light-heavy ( I think ) and had almost 0 punch resistance.

    There would be 10 bell memorials all across the world in every fight card if they were to fight, honouring the life of Chris Byrd and stating it was a shame the Lord took him so early in life
