All it takes is a symple Google search: "vitamins and minerals not available in plants"
There you have it, diet debunked. It's BS and killing people

If any boxing commission actually gives him the go ahead to do this they need to be shot.

Man he can't lift his right hand that high it seems. He's actually completely done. His body has shut down big time on him. This is sad, why does he chase this delusion? If he's doing it to stay in shape fine but not to fight again man.

The Vegan diet is what's doing him in. I have a hard time believing that a 50 year old Byrd would look THAT bad on the bag. a 50 year old former top fighter who isn't suffering from extreme brain damage or other chronic health issues should still look really good on the bag, hell... some guys in their 60s-70s still look good hitting the bag.

He looks horrible, especially hitting the bag (is he going to fight in his socks?). He looks drained in general, which happens when you get older and drop too much weight.
Add in a hip replacement for a fighter that needs to move all the time is a recipe for disaster.

This is never a good idea. I always thought Byrd would have been a good commentator.

Lol he might be crazy for turning pro again but stop telling me he looks unhealty, hes got a six pack and is very lean. Most 50 year old meat eaters look like ****, he also looks way better then b hop or tyson at a same age.

This doesnt even make sense as he has terribly painful nerve damage in his feet and smokes reefer all day for the pain according to an interview I read from him.

 You can´t be serious. You are confusing low body fat with looking good.
His body looks weird. Just look at his muscle definition. It´s like he is starving.

And who are these 50 year old meat eaters you are talking about?
High quality, grass fed meat is the healthiest food one can consume.
