Chris Byrd says Eddie Chambers is Most Skilled Heavyweight..Lack size

He lacks a functioning immune system too. Every time he has a fight lined up there's something wrong with him.

 

If Chambers was bigger he wouldn't have the same style and skill set. Or he would be Kevin Johnson

 

He looked alright against Adamek but that's because Adamek was an idiot in that fight. He'd obviously hurt his left hand and didn't throw a punch with it after the second round; so why was Adamek circling to Chambers' right?

 

Taking physical attributes out of the equation, Wlad is still much more skilled than Chambers.

 

Good post. He could easily go south, round up the major titles, possibly become undisputed inside 2 yrs. He's fairly easy to negotiate with so I don't see him having trouble getting those 4 fights other than his chronic injuries.

But those injuries could be b/c he's carrying and extra 12-15 lbs and trying to be to fast on his hips since that's where 90% of his defense starts from. IDK, but CW would be a great opportunity for him to really prove just how good he is.

Then, he could eventually come back up to HW for a quick cash out title shot vs Arreola or Price or whoever is holding the loose belt that Suleiman is holding hostage from Wlad.

Wladimir is the most experienced HW, and utilizes his jab the most.

But Chambers probably has more depth to his game, the simple fact that he knows how to move his head gets him ahead of Wladimir, Wladimir can't move his head at all.

Wladimir is leaps and bounds ahead of everyone else with the sole exception of his brother, and Chambers will never be able to challenge him, but I'd quite comfortably pick Chambers over anyone else. I'd love to see Chambers vs. Haye.. that'd be interesting.

 

he is moving to CW and he will beat anyone and everyone he faces there. Robotic Huck? no chance for Huck, robotic Lebedev? no chance for him, Hernandez would be his toughest fight. Chambers doesn't have big power at HW but enough to hurt big ass guys like Rossy and Dimitrenko so me thinks at CW he packs a punch too.

Chambers a natural Cruiserweight, he's pretty skilled but needs to commit more in his punches instead of mostly flicking out useless speedy punches...
