Vitali is way more skilled. Vitali was able to adapt in the ring. Vitali could use angles and would find a way to make his punches land. Wlad only has one plan, and is unable to deviate. We just saw how clueless Wlad is when he does not hold a significant size/speed advantage. Wlad has a low ring IQ and can't adapt. He just proved it with his lackluster loss to Fury.
Ignorant fans were fooled into thinking Wlad had more sill because he looked more orthodox.
