I'd say Lennox Lewis TKO. Now, Byrd was a very good fighter, with slick defense and skillset that you don't usually see in a man taking on much bigger men, but this big man is equally good as Wladimir Klitschko in terms of technical ability, skill and punch selection (or maybe even better). Lewis comfortably keeps him outside by his long jab and clever foot placement to prevent return fire, and ties him up on the inside followed by devastating uppercuts.
Lewis by close decision. Lewis from Vitali fight had absolutely terrible stamina, he collapsed at his stool after the sixth round like a sack of potatoes. Yeah, he wouldn't be that tired against Byrd afther 6 rounds because he would have fought a different type of fight against him, but he would still find himself badly tired late in the fight. I'd expect that version of Lennox to win the early rounds, mid rounds would be competetive and Byrd would dominate late rounds, but early lead would give Lennox close decision victory.
I'm going with Lennox getting a very close points win. At the end of the twelfth tho he's thinking sod this, im out!!
Byrd's roll and pullout defense does'nt work vs big heavyweights. Well on the short end of a reach disadvantage he often gets caught at the end of punches trying to pull out and away.
