They must have paid off Harold Lederman too. He scored the first three rounds for Vitali.

No duh dumbass but that isn't the point in question. He is talking solely about the scorecards at the time of the stoppage which obviously saw Byrd win. Vitali chose not to tough it out and because of that Byrd has thw best legit win of his career

You had lots of even rounds.

I try to stay away from that unless I absolutely can't decide who won the round.

Byrd won 2 rounds for me. Good effort by him, most opponents of Vitali's did much worse.

Close rounds but Vits won the majority of them in my opinion. Vittles should have sought the rematch after shamelessly quitting though. He was not dominating as many portray it.

I had Vitali up 7-3, 8-2 with one even rd.

No way he was losing that fight.

Byrd could have literally swept 10-12 and still woulda lost on my card.

We've since seen Vitali go several rds with a similar injury, and simply coast using the one arm.

Undoubtedly, he woulda landed that counter while Byrd woulda hvae gotten aggressive, knowing he was far down.

Hindsights always 20-20 though. No turning back now to undo things.

Unless of course, Vito comes out of retirement and Byrd needs a quick payday.:think

Vitali was winning it. And he could of turned southpaw and still won the fight, but he quit.

How can you say he would have "undoubtedly" landed a counter? Byrd was backing him up much of the fight and Vits wasnt landing. It was only when Byrd stood in front of him and even than Vits wasnt hurtung him. This isnt even mentioning Vitty's obvious exhaustion. Very unlikely that he would have stopped Byrd. In fact if it wasnt already a tko quit job it is far more likely that Byrd would have been the one stopping Klit at that point.

I have a question for all the Klit fans. What round did Vits stop throwing his injured arm? When did his punch output go into serious decline in this fight because of his injury?
