Byrd has always been one of the classiest guys around. Not scared to fight anyone, either. Who the hell takes a rematch with Klitschko after being pummeled like that?

it must be really strange for him, like he mentioned, to punch those small lhws when he is used to fight such huge guys like klitschko, ibeabuchi, golota and so on. in his mind he still is a hw, which gives him a mental advantage.

That's what I'm thinking. To go from Klitschko to dudes 175 lbs is a HUGE difference. He has no fear.

Byrd is the man - I really hope he can make an impact at LHW.

RJJ, Calzaghe or Dawson. If he faces one of these I'd be cheering for Byrd!

    He even mentioned 168 :rofl

    That would be ****in wild.

Yes it is going to be very interesting to say the least to see chris byrd in the light heavy division. I am shocked he got down to 175 at his age and considering he fought at heavy for so long. Light heavy and cruiser are perfect for him unless he is too old and the weight drain will affect him badly. I think he will make some waves at light heavy.

Well, if anything, he has absolutely no fear of getting ko'd at 175. That's good for him. It should translate into Byrd willing to brawl more and aggressively seeking out the KO's. I'm just curious, did Tracy also slim down to match her hubby? I've always found her to be a very attractive lady, but she had gained some weight in previous years. Maybe both her and Chris got on the Dan Marino plan.
