The youngster was out weighed by around thirty pounds on the night and still managed to rip Groves arm clean out of its socket. Ask Groves what sort of a night Young CHRIS gave him, you’ll find him paying an annual pilgrimage to brighton to view his arm sitting in pride of place in the youngsters trophy cabinet.
I don't understand why the bookmakers have the odds close. I agree with the poll here, there's weight divisions for a reason! Eubank Jr is just too big for Benn.
The dug up corpse of part time commentator, part time nutrionist, part time fighter, Chris Algeri. It's the drugs cheat biggest claim to fame but if you listen to how people in boxing talk about Conor Benn, seriously you'd believe if you hadn't seen him that he generally a killing machine in the ring, its gone beyond parody now where you just have to laugh at all the positive nonsense directed his way.
I completely agree. It's almost ridiculous how Conor Benn is talked up as if he's a killing machine in the ring. As I've written before in this forum : Conor Benn needs a reality check and I hope Eubank Jr. is the man to give him one.
Agree 100%. Everybody seems to just be ignoring this. Eubank is very tight at 160 and with the clause at his age it's going to drain him so much.
After all this talk about a war , genuine hatred, settling scores, 30 year unfinished family business, ending careers etc PLUS charging top dollar Box Office as well, it is reasonable for the buyers of tickets and Box Office Mugs to expect a fight like the one below. However, we have little chance of this happening with 2 Charlatans in the ring and I expect a deckchair to fold next week - hopefully it is the one reserved for Benn. This content is protected
Getting a Haye v Bellew vibe with this one on Eubank’s part. He obviously cares more about money than boxing otherwise he’d have fought for a world title in the last 2 years as he’s getting on. He probably thinks he can just turn up and win on size alone.
