    Yeah, I quite like him.

He was on a Carl Froch podcast the other day and he was quite funny, I think he's bemused with EHs behaviour.

Obviously not privy to stuff that goes on behind the scenes, but I'm always on the side of the underdog

And it's actually really boring if I'm honest.

It's actually far more refreshing to see a respectful build up, rather than all the juvenile stuff

    Yup, agree 100%.

I’m all for different opinions — but this guy is clearly stuck in stage one of grief, and I’m sure he’ll be back in due course as he navigates the five stages.

Anyone calling Benn vs. Eubank “historic” deserves a lifetime DAZN subscription and a pair of signed gloves from Eddie Hearn himself.

And as someone else said, if Benn does a number on Eubank, it’ll be a travesty for boxing — at this point, the final press conference just might end up being the actual highlight.

Fast Car also looks scared to let Conor out of his sight — probably knows Jnr will dismantle him mentally long before the first bell. And now, as David Haye would say, it’s fast becoming the Eddie Hearn show — to the point even Shalom’s mocking him publicly.

Shalom is probably enjoying rattling Eddie, it’s drawing more attention to him as a fairly new promoter. What you think of his background and how he got the job and so on is one thing, but he’s coming across a lot better than Eddie Hills at the moment. Frank Warren must be laughing his arse off at the pair of them.

Hearn is just a scumbag isn't he. Celebrating how Eubank is struggling to make weight and when he's got a rehydration clause slapped on him too.

Yeah, I was thinking the same. I get the whole 'cheeky personality' schtick that Hearn has on tap for the cameras, and I know he doesn't mean any harm. But significant weight draining is something I wouldn't joke about, it can be very risky for a fighter.

Hope Eubank ****s the rehydration clause off and comes in at whatever he fancies

You forget to end it with ‘and then proceeds to give Benn a good hiding’

    Yeah, I'm hoping that too.

Especially considering his, and his father's pasts, and opponents

    It’s a circus and a disgrace.

It’s a 12 round journeyman fight between a welterweight and a super middleweight, neither of whom hold championships of any kind.

It breaks all rules that were previously in place. Souls have been sold.

How Carl Froch and George Groves try to justify it is beyond me. Lost respect for them both, they should know better.

As for this Eddie Hearn, this guy is the devil in disguise. I can’t bare the sight of his face everywhere let alone hear him talk.

When is the weigh in on fight day for Eubank?

    Is it early morning?

Only way the drug cheating scumbag can win is if Eubank turns up under par. If he’s let his age catch up with him.

Eubank is bigger, better, and more experienced/fought at a much higher level.

Druggie needs to go out and give it everything in the first 2/3 rounds in the hope of catching Eubank and stopping him.

Personally I think Eubank stops him mid to late - possibly rounds 7-9. I think he’ll break him down and after rounds 1-3 it will be all one way traffic and eventually it will take its toll.
