Rosado is the sort of level Chris Jnr is at the moment IMO. In fact I'd see that as a 50/50 fight. Maybe even slightly favor Rosado after his performance against Jacobs. Jacobs is a better fighter than Jnr of course, but it's a different fight.

I know he's at Super Middleweight now and with 31 years young Chris dropping down to Middleweight for career defining fights against Marcus Morrison and potentially an ATG in Murata this fight will probably never happen but my man Gabe has really improved of late, he was arguably robbed against Jacobs but he bounces back taking the 0 of a decent prospect in brutal and spectacular fashion.

I'd love him to fight Eubank tbh. Eubank only going to fight him though if it's for a final eliminator or if Rosado picked up a belt.

Just look at all the belt holders and whatever the route is to the weakest, that's where you'll find Eubanks next fight. Wants a strap to get a big money Unification fight.

Lose unification, retirement or sell to highest PPV bidder for a fight then retire.

Unification win, goes to next highest paying belt holder for more loot.

    It's the warrior code way.

    Based on...?

Eubank has proven nothing of note since his losses to Saunders, Groves and then a decision against Degale.
Let's not forget this is the same Eubank that is on record stating

    - "I could have knocked Degale out, but wanted the rounds"
    - "I could have knocked Morrison out, but wanted the round"

He doesn't even believe in his own ability anymore.

If there is anyone that could derail the undeserving hype around Eubank Jr, it's Rosado. Unlike Eubank, Rosado is a no-nonsense fighter who goes out looking to end the fight in any minute. Sure he's very beatable, but if you're going to lull through a fight like Eubank does, then he's in for a shock.

Can you honestly tell me that Eubank would be competitive with Danny Jacobs? He was hurt by Morrison for god's sake. He called out Kell Brook :risas3:

Rosado is not a big puncher by any means.
Jacobs fight was a fencing match, was no activity or intent by either fighter
Degale held for dear life or would have been stopped, never heard Jr say he wnted rounds there?
Morrison fight was clearly about getting rounds

Rosado is the type of fighter that is easily drawn into a slug fest and generally gets pummelled when that happens lol

Massive win for Gabe, who really has been round the block but will get another couple of paydays off the back of smashing a prospect.

I personally don’t understand Eubank’s career trajectory - I just can’t see what he’s aiming for? Is it a payday / cash out against Canelo, or GGG, or is he just after picking up a vacant belt and defending it against no marks? Some fighters you can clearly see what they’re going for, Josh Taylor at the moment for example is clearly gunning to win a belt at WW - that’s his aim. Saunders was always building to the Canelo fight. Usyk, ever since turning pro, has been groomed towards a shot at the WBO heavyweight belt. I just don’t get any real sense of direction from Eubanks career.

Hurt by Morrison? Clutching at straws.

    Eubank is a special talent.

He isn’t special that’s the thing. He did have a lot of raw ingredients that could have made him a very good fighter. Unfortunately, he wasted his learning years with yes men and dictating his own training camps, hampering learning.

His career has been all smokes and mirrors, lacks the signature win and is a far too inactive.

One thing I will say is I do love watching him fight. Let’s just hope he lands a few meaningful fights as time is not on his side.

FWIW to TS, Eubank via UD

I think Eubank would bust him up. He might not be able to "box" but in a dog fight or if he has an opponent that will stand and trade he is relentless.

Let's get it right, he lost to Martin Murray 4 years ago and the fight with Danny Jacobs was a shambles and burned everyone's eyes who unfortunately had to sit through it. Neither let there hands go.

Rosado works with Freddie Roach now, he's made significant improvements from what I'm seeing.

So what does that make Groves and Saunders? I wouldn’t consider either of them special
