Everyone says Sr is very hard to deal with, I don't see any reason to doubt that.

Spence has also been fighting better opposition in the meantime, Algieri is featherfisted but pretty solid, Bundu, Barrera, and van Heerden are OK too.

 

Not at all, Sanchez says a lot of garbage, and while GGG is well-mannered and respectful, his word is often marketing hype rather than anything solid. And they are "guilty" of putting money before legacy at times, just like almost everyone else bar a few exceptions.

I've criticized his fanboys on here many a time.

But the thing is I really believe that you know better than spouting this theory as if it were fact, at least you must realize that you cannot be 100% sure of your conspiracy theory.

It just strains credibility, everyone in the boxing business says it was Eubank Sr's fault. It's in line with his character too. If everyone said it was Golovkin's fault, you'd have no difficulty believing that, to be perfectly honest? I would believe that too, shady things do happen but the consensus is correct more often than not.

Let's say Hearn attacked K2/Golovkin for being impossible to deal with - you'd be agreeing with him. But when Hearn says that Golovkin's team were very reasonable and Eubank Sr is the problem, you can't seem to believe that.

 

He shouldn't fight Geale any more of course, Quinlan finished him at SMW. But end of 2015/early 2016 it would have been a decent fight because Geale still had a name. As you know, in boxing you get places by beating names, often even if they are done.

Maybe my previous post was unclear, but I want to see Eubank Jr force the top MWs to fight him. Fight the eliminators, get into a mando spot if he has to.

I like Eubank Jr. I hope he gets big fights, and I may well root for him in them too. But I just don't like Sr because he's mismanaging Jr's career at the moment IMO.

It's the same logic with GGG, I hate it when good fighters' careers are wasted by poor management and start to like the fighter but dislike the manager.

I've honestly never seen Jamie Cox fight, I know people on the forum rate him.

For me acceptable fights would have been the people he has either called out or ducked. Saunders/Jacobs/GGG/DeGale etc...

 

You are so determined to somehow tie this to Golovokin that you are prepared to doubt all the statements made by those in the British boxing industry telling how difficult Team Eubank are. You and in particular this james5000, who is a known Eubank troll who actually enjoys being flogged for his Eubank PR, are just being wilfully ignorant and stubborn to fact.

Eubank Sr is the reason the fight did not happen

we know this beause, a few months ago, Eubank Sr, admitted exactly this during a sports talk show on British TV

this interview has been reported by numerous other sources (eg, http://talksport.com/boxing/chris-e...n-fight-didnt-happen-plus-hearn-could-promote)

during that interview, Eubank Sr also said that he is interested in working with Hearn again, so it's reasonable to assume he accepted blame to get back on Hearn's good side.
