This coming from the guy who stares at the back of area level fighters heads as they head to corner between rounds...

Junior is just trying (& succeeding) to get publicity, no such thing as bad press.

His old man made a career out of people wanting him to lose, there's nothing wrong with a bit of beef

Eubank Jr is fast becoming the biggest plonker in boxing. Degale would school him if they ever fought.

 

Wasn't Nigel Benn the last person to call Eubank Sr "mad"? DeGale seems a lot happier because he hasn't got any trouble with his promoter. He still has a bit of an edge to him which I think makes him marketable.

 

If there's one guy i dont mind seeing another boxer act like a ***** towards, it's De Gale. Anyway, this sort of stuff has been going on forever. Boxers courting publicity, winding up rivals, trying to raise their profile by acting like knobs, it's all as old as the hills. Not worth getting annoyed about.

I agree that if he was say at British level this feud would be reputable. Alas, Eubank Jr is probably below English title level at this stage.

 

He was childish before the Groves fight but it was hardly vile.

 

Yes if he wasn't making a fool out of himself, the European champion is not his "rival", it's like Mitchell Smith calling out Gary Buckland

The Groves taunts were both, both sides btw. But i've heard far worse in boxing. Some people will never like Chunky. Leave them be, it's up to him to perform where it matters.
