@dinovelvet is spot on, and you couldn't be more wrong here, I'd pick any of those guys to beat Blackwell, O'Sullivan or Chudinov and they'd all give most MW's a tough fight and with the exception of Golovkin, Lemieux and Jacobs go the distance with most. And that's not just my dislike of Eubank that's making me say that, granted I've criticized the SMW plenty, and praised the MW division frequently, but there's levels here, and all of those guys are on a different level than any of CEJ's recent opposition, easily.

Similar level in a higher division, which on the P4p scale puts them slightly ahead. Kind of irrelevant though because they'd probably struggle more than Eubank did against his recent competition. Feather fisted Eubank is going to shoeshine Abraham so bad he's going to come out of this fight looking like his got his bald head freshly polished and buffed.

Abe is world class one of the best in the business, picking him to ko anyone @ 168 is not the worst pick ever.

Abe has more chance than Brook against Spence.

Jr is going to be in the danger zone putting pressure on. Completely different style to Zurdo. Zurdo just used his size and ran the whole night. Jr is going to beat Abe @ his strengths. Jr will deserve more credit than Zurdo tbh.

    You're picking Abe to win?
Yeah Eubank's opposition has been sub par but Abraham's age and style will play into his hands, I certainly prefer this fight to Abraham re-matching Ramirez, that was a boring non competitive fight.

    Yes I am!

Abe's looked pretty good in most of his recent matches, he's aging like a fine wine. Barring him ageing over night he's going to give CEJ hell, stylistically they don't mesh as well as most seem to think, and he's going to present CEJ with a lot of problems he never had at MW, Junior ain't no Ramirez, Ward or Froch, and that will become adundantly clear when they're in the ring together.

nice one, TFG--didn't know Murray fought AA, since it's one class up from the one i follow closely

though of course, someone's going to jump in with--eg, "no way, GGG went life and death with Murray, ref stoppage in rd 11, just five minutes from a decision...."

well, sure, but anyone seen that fight knows GGG could have ended it anytime he wanted after rd 5 (no disrespect to Murray).

Chris Eubank to win via a British stoppage in the late rounds, whilst AA is not really hurt but not punching back enough for the refs liking.

I do not have much of an interest in this fight. CEJs greatest strength is his stamina and punch output so elderly men are made to measure for that kind of athlete
