I wonder if the presser was set up to be controversial, Smith was so bad it was like he was memorising some terrible script. boxing is like panto these days.

I'll be honest before the fight I couldn't imagine a Smith early KO. But I certainly could see a Smith win.

If people were saying Eubank wins in a close good fight, that would have been absolutely fine and I wouldn't have posted anything. But the huge delusion plenty of people like yourself were saying ..in that Eubank Jr wins easy was what my problem was, that was never gonna happen. Smith has actually been improving later on his career.

 

Tbh I feel like Smiths style is tailor made for Eubank. It’s not that I rate Eubank super high, I just don’t rate beefy.

 

Smith won with one barrage, of course there was a long way to go but let's not rewrite fight history up until that point, after the first round it was Eubank the one who was looking comfortable.

Great win though for Liam, spectacular actually.
