Eubank Sr wasn't in Calzaghe's league.there is levels in boxing. Calzaghe will always be known as the greater fighter, Eubanks fanboys hate that FACT.

What great league was Calzaghe in? He was a laughing stock before his fight with the ridiculously limited Jeff Lacy.

Your obsession with eubank is borderline insane. and Why can you not give credit to a great fighter like Calzaghe, always trying to discredit everything he did.
there's a certain level of boxer you just can't really troll about because they were just too good so it just makes you look stupid. For example Mayweather - I never liked him I always found him boring to watch and couldn't even watch a lot of his fights they were that boring. But I don't even go there trying to discredit him in any way because what's the point - he was a great fighter and I would never say otherwise just because I don't like him.

    Troll about?

Maybe you didn't follow boxing before 2006.

Mayweather was dominating great opposition from 1998 to 2005 while Calzaghe was doing nothing.

it's funny and very ironic you saying that cause you post as if you stopped watching boxing in the 2000's!!!!! There is a classic forum you know.

It's nearly 2018 mate. 99% of your posts are of a time when Don King was the top promoter in boxing and boxing was on terrestial TV in the Uk.

Funny how you don't mention fighters from the 80s and 90s such as

Julio Cesar Chavez ( the best fighter in boxing for many of them years)
Barry Mcguigan, Kostya Tszyu, Dariusz Michalczewski, Oscar De La Hoya, Jeff Fenech, Javier Castillejo, Gianfranco Rosi, Paul Hodkinson, Jeff Harding, Vinny Pazienza, Henry Maske, , Tommy Morrison, Christophe Tiozzo, Fabrice Tiozzo, Wayne Mcullough, Arturo Gatti, Marcelo Dominguez....

You only mention Steve Collins and Henry Wharton thats it cause Collins was Eubanks daddy and Wharton is one of his best wins.

    hmmmmmmm

At first glance, thought this thread was about his son.

It appears pretty obvious to me that Bulldog 24 is actually Eubank Jr.

Join date 2013...jr was 24yrs old then

Avoids threads about Jr for some strange reason

    Very defensive about Sr

Make of that what you will peeps

Ward did not beat Kessler more convincingly he basically butted himself to victory. If he hadnt employed the nut Kessler would have been neck and neck

Calzaghe was better than Kessler and had the last word in every exchange

    You know I'm right.

Calzaghe fought Eubank in 97, his biggest win at the time, he then fought his next big win nearly a decade later when he fought Lacy.

Why was he fighting bums for 10 years?
